Hello everyone this is my first blog post! I wanted to created this website as a home base for all my content. I am a lifelong doll collector and have been in the online community since I was in middle school. As a creative person recently I have realized that I want to move from collecting dolls to creating dolls. Throughout the past six months, I have been getting back into sewing outfits for dolls and customizing dolls. I hope to start selling some custom fantasy-inspired doll outfits soon and I will keep you updated through this website. Eventually, my goal is to move into selling customs and finally, dolls fully made by me.
I also have an interest in creating fantasy-inspired photography and art. This started at the beginning of my doll-collecting journey when I was consistently posting American Girl Doll photography on Instagram. Now this has evolved from me planning photoshoots for my dolls to me planning photoshoots for myself. I have continued to post fantastical photoshoots of myself and my dolls on my Instagram. My interest in expressing this fantastical has also lead me to teach myself to draw. I started drawing with colored pencils on paper, but I have moved into using a digital application to draw. On this website I plan to host a portfolio with my favorite pieces of photography and art that I have created. In this portfolio I also plan to show the custom dolls and outfits that I created as I see them as part of my art. Additionally I hope to sell prints of some of my favorite photography and art pieces so stay tuned for news about that.
Overall, I see the creation of this website as the next step in my journey as an artist and online content creator. I like to see this as a main hub for all of my followers who are interested in my journey.
